gr8visit is a social advocacy tool available to users of guest survey sites managed by HGEM on behalf of its clients (restaurants, pubs and hotels)

On survey sites, guests have the opportunity to share details of their experience and to recommend the best ones to their friends. This helps to engage businesses and guests in ways which are mutually beneficial.

Where the Facebook social advocacy option is used, we collect the Facebook ID, Name and UserName in order to identify the originator of the recommendation. UserName is displayed to returning visitors as the author of the recommendation. We collect the 'Number of Friends' in order to assess the audience size for the recommendation.

Where the Twitter social advocacy option is used, we collect the Name and ScreenName in order to identify the originator of their recommendation. ScreenName is displayed to returning visitors as the author of the recommendation. We collect the 'Number of Followers' in order to assess the audience size for the recommendation.
