Role Description

The purpose of the Mystery Guest Advisor (MGA) is to collectively ensure that all visit reports from diners are accurate, balanced, and delivered on time and to liaise with assessors to secure their support in achieving this. The MGA role reports to the Operations Team Leader and liaises with both the Quality & Training Team Leader and the Guest Community Coordinator.


Main Responsibilities

  • Contributing a proportional share to the processing of daily reports, ensuring all reports are checked for accuracy, fairness and honesty.
  • Liaising with diners to edit reports to a high degree of quality before releasing to the client on schedule.
  • Answering the telephone promptly in a warm, helpful and professional manner.
  • Monitoring outstanding visits and contacting diners to book when necessary.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of diner reimbursements.

  • Must have a high standard of English
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and achieve deadlines
  • Strong evidence of attention to detail
  • Ability to offer diners a high degree of support
  • Ability to cooperate with and support colleagues
  • Ability to demonstrate an interest in the results we produce
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • (Written and spoken French would be an advantage)
