The Hub

Launched in 2018, The Hub is a fast, modern platform with configurable dashboards and interactive reports. It is designed to enable managers at different levels to quickly see the key performance indicators that matter to you and to perform instant ‘what-if’ scenarios.

With modular reporting templates and a rapid development programme that takes account of the needs of different types of business, we have an increasing range of options for dashboards and reports to reflect the needs of your business. Data from different sources (such as surveys, assessments and online review sites) can be blended to help managers identify useful correlations and trends.

For those on the move, we know that you prefer to access your data via a mobile application. The GEMapp for iOS and Android allows you to browse and drill into your visit reports and photos, view league tables, and view basic graphs.

Like The Hub, it has an ongoing programme of development based on feedback from users.

Scheduled Reporting

If you prefer reports to be scheduled to your inbox at regular intervals, no problem. Your support manager will help you to select from a wide range of reporting modules and options to create report templates built around the needs of your business. These can then be delivered to the people who need to see them on a schedule of your choice – this typically matches your own financial periods.

We encourage you to be curious, seeking useful patterns in your data, and to think about how you will use information, whether for Board meetings or manager discussions.

Benchmarking

Working with so many operators in the sector puts us in a good position to compare like-with-like. Although many of our questionnaires are bespoke to each organisation, they usually contain several measures which we can benchmark with equivalent businesses. And use of the GEM Wheel helps to frame these measures while taking account of what is specific to your brand promise.

But we often find that it’s internal competition that drives performance, so we use leaderboards and charts to make it easy for managers to see how they compare with their peers and to identify opportunities.
