As 2015 draws to a close, we are celebrating a bumper year here at HospitalityGEM. After forming exciting partnerships with 25 innovative new brands within the hospitality and leisure industry this year and growing our revenue by over £400,000, we are ending the year secure in our position as the market leaders for Guest Experience Management.

The rapid growth we have experienced this year serves to demonstrate the importance in the increasingly crowded hospitality marketplace of providing an outstanding Guest Experience - one which promotes customer loyalty and great recommendations. As a result, savvy operators are turning to us to take advantage of our industry expertise and unique Guest Experience tools in order to secure that all-important edge over the competition.

Steven Pike our Managing Director, commented: "It is getting harder and harder for operators to stand out within the thriving hospitality market, already brimming with choice. This year we have helped more clients than ever before to find new ways to engage with their audiences, create memorable experiences and build a successful business in the process."

We have been delighted to welcome a number of prominent national brands onto our books this year, including premium bar operator, Revolution Bars Group PLC, who have utilised our GEMVisits service across their portfolio to help monitor and control their growing presence. American smokehouse specialists, Reds True BBQ, have also introduced monthly GEMvisits at all six of their sites to assist with monitoring brand standards and gain valuable feedback from customers; whilst London-based Mexican food group, Benito's Hat, and barbecue restaurant group, Grillstock, are utilising both GEMvisits and GEMdirect to collect feedback from guests and monitor brand consistency and service standards.

Other notable industry names that have called upon HospitalityGEM's skills this year include; Tossed, Empire Cinemas, Village Hotels and Cotswold-based luxury hotel operator, Lucky Onion.

"2015 has been a fantastic year for HospitalityGEM," added Steven. "The large volume of exciting new contracts is testament to our dedicated and personalised approach... We are excited to be increasing our influence within the hospitality sector and are constantly refining our portfolio of services, demonstrating our ability to adapt to the varying needs of our clients, both existing and new."
