Easily track who's in your venues
A host at the door asks the guest to scan a QR code that is specific to the venue.
A page with your branding makes it clear why guests are being asked for their contact details. It also makes clear that no-one in the venue will have access to the data and that it will be deleted after 21 days.
The guest enters their name and phone number (or email), then shows the confirmation to the host for entry. Simple!
If NHS Track & Trace ask the venue to provide a list of guests, authorised individuals can access a report in The Hub. Just select a location and date, and extract to Excel.
Most clients choose to restrict access to the data to a few key individuals.
Personal contact details are automatically deleted 21 days after the guest has entered them.
