A brand-new version of The Hub has launched

HGEM's Guest Experience Management platform got an upgrade

The Hub is now better than ever at helping hospitality operators and managers improve customer loyalty and grow sales through Guest Experience insights.

Helping hospitality through the pandemic

It's been an incredibly tough 12 months for hospitality, and early on into the first lockdown, our team made a decision to do all we could to help clients recover quickly, once they were allowed to reopen.

HGEM's Client Success Managers worked very closely together with our partners across pub, restaurant, and quick service companies, to understand what kind of features would enable them to get the best of their Guest Experience Management platform, in order to rebuild sales. Our development team worked tirelessly through various lockdowns to deliver a brand-new version in time for the (hopefully) final reopening.

Following a soft launch to our clients, the feedback we've received on the new platform has been overwhelmingly positive.

New features

The new features can broadly be categorised into three key areas:

  • Improved User Experience: We've made The Hub faster and easier to use, and with full mobile optimisation, you can get all your insights on the go.
  • Enhanced Filtering: We've given users more control over their data and how they can use it.
    • New inbox & Action Centre: Users can now monitor incoming reports and take actions to respond to guests within the platform. Tasks can be assigned and filtered.
