Working with our learning and development partners, we can provide you with an easy to use platform, populated with videos and other learning materials. All the compliance training you should need is included out of the box. But we can then add content and quizzes that reflect your own induction and service steps, as well as our own videos mapped to the GEM framework.

Each team member has their own account, with content based on whether they are front of house, back of house or management. We can track what’s been learnt, refresh training that expires, and trigger automatic notifications. The platform can be integrated with user records in your HR system.
