MENU REFRESHES

Up to 2 major refreshes per year can be imported by supplying us with a spreadsheet in a defined format.

DISH INDICATORS

For each dish, track overall satisfaction, value-for-money, portion size, presentation, taste and temperature.

PHOTO CAPTURE

Photos can be captured by the guest in the survey and viewed in The Hub.

AT-TABLE REFRESH

Our surveys can be configured to display as an app on a tablet and to automatically refresh after each guest has provided their feedback, ready for the next guest.

RESULT FILTERS

Dates, locations, areas, segments, day of week, day part and dish type. The latter 4 are colour coded according to their score.

COLOUR CODED COMMENTS

A feed of the most recent comments, coloured according to their rating.

DISH LEAGUE TABLE

Shows dishes ranked in order by the selected indicator. Includes sample sizes. Can also be used to rank location performance by dish.

SCORE MATRIX

Showing colour-coded scores by dish, split by the dish indicator, with sample sizes and multiple filters including dish type.

GUEST COMMENTS REPORT

Datasheet showing comments with multiple filters including dish type, dish, question, location, date.

DATA EXPORT

Up to 30,000 rows from datasheets.
