Cafe Life run their own awards every year to recognise and award different aspects and people within the cafe industry. With this year's results came the exciting news that our friends, Boston Tea Party, were given the Best Cafe Chain Award.
The award is given based on factors ranging from; setting and maintaining high standards, the quality of their products, right through to customer satisfaction. One of Boston Tea Party's branches was randomly selected for a visit from an independent judge, who reported back on aspects including; atmosphere, cleanliness and customer service.
Having grown from 12 sites in August 2013, when we first started working with them, to the 15th that opened this year, BTP have maintained their fantastic work ethic and high standards across the board. Their MD, Sam, referred to the 'scale versus soul' debate and how he felt that this award was 'a good sign that our soul is in good shape'.
Our Director, Lisa Martin, echoes his words, "Boston Tea Party truly deserve this award. Through our partnership with them we have seen just how consistent both the food and service is across their branches, even as they grow. They create a genuinely friendly atmosphere and both the individual and collective personalities shine through in every cafe. They are a fantastic company to work with."
